Located in Ofis Karat in Bakırköy, Istanbul, the 100 m² Özer Law office was designed and delivered turnkey by Uslu Architects with a functional approach that responds to different working and meeting needs.
To make more efficient use of the existing volume, a mezzanine level was added to accommodate intern workspaces and archive areas, allowing the main office spaces to remain more organized and spacious.
The layout brings together open consultation areas, a social space for employees, a meeting room, and a private executive office. These different functions were carefully organized to support both teamwork and a professional environment for client meetings.
The result is a functional and professional law office tailored to Özer Law’s working practices and representational needs, with the mezzanine maximizing the potential of the existing space.
