Located in Mesakoz Residence in Kozyatağı, Istanbul, the 75 m² Eşrefoğlu Investment office was designed and delivered turnkey by Uslu Architects with a focus on functionality and aesthetics.
To maximize the limited space, a balanced and spacious layout was developed to accommodate different working needs. The shared workspace for three employees provides a comfortable and functional environment for daily work.
The private executive office was integrated with its own meeting area, bringing individual work, client meetings, and discussions together within a single space.
The result is an efficient and well-organized workplace that combines a shared workspace, meeting area, and private executive office within 75 m², while maintaining a strong sense of corporate identity.
