We believe that client preferences and lifestyle habits are essential in residential projects. That’s why we design each home with great attention to the specific needs and aesthetic tastes of the families we work with. In this apartment located in Selenium Residence, the architectural layout was completely reconfigured to suit the family’s daily routines and comfort. Each room was carefully planned to support ease of living, while the daughter’s bedroom was given a personalized concept fit for a little princess. The layout also took into account the family’s need for a home office. One multifunctional room was designed in calm, muted tones, serving both as a study and a cozy cinema room. Throughout the home, we used rich shades of burgundy and green, complemented by dark wood finishes to create a warm and grounded atmosphere. Watching the home evolve into a true reflection of the family’s dreams and lifestyle was one of the most rewarding parts of the entire design process.
