Esrefoglu İnvestment

We designed and delivered the 75 m² Eşrefoğlu Investment office, located in Mesakoz Residence in Kozyatağı, as a contemporary workspace that makes efficient use of its limited footprint while maintaining a sense of openness and visual continuity. The spatial layout was developed to accommodate different ways of working within a compact plan, while allowing each area to retain its own functional boundaries. The office program was organized around a three-person shared workspace, a meeting area, and a private executive office. By integrating the executive office with its own meeting area, we brought individual work, private discussions, and meetings together within a single space. Transparent glass partitions define the different functions while allowing natural light and visual connections to flow throughout the office. The character of the design is shaped by flowing lines that continue across the ceiling and custom-designed furniture. Linear ceiling elements combined with curved lighting create a strong overhead composition that visually connects the different areas of the office. Burgundy serves as one of the defining colors of the project, while its contrast with blue surfaces is balanced by dark wood, marble, and neutral tones. Extending this palette into the furniture details creates a cohesive and distinctive identity throughout the interior. Despite its compact footprint, the carefully considered layout, transparent surfaces, and holistic design approach preserve a sense of openness. The result is a dynamic and characterful workplace that responds to the everyday needs of Eşrefoğlu Investment while reinforcing the company’s professional identity.
