220 m² Duplex Home Design on Bağdat Avenue | Uslu Architects (House Tour)

In this video, we take a closer look at Revanbahş House, a 220 m² duplex residence designed by Uslu Architects on Bağdat Avenue in Erenköy, Istanbul.

Shaped around single-person living, personal rituals, and collections, the duplex balances openness and privacy. Delivered as an unfinished shell, the residence was completely replanned and transformed into a cohesive living environment tailored to its owner.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are connected through an open-plan layout, while sliding panels allow the kitchen to be concealed when needed. A sculptural transparent staircase creates a focal point at the entrance, complemented by lacquered wall panels, concealed storage, and custom-designed furniture.

A light-toned palette is contrasted with dark anthracite surfaces and salmon accents in the living room. Bespoke solutions for the owner’s music, antique, beverage, and cigar collections integrate personal interests and daily rituals into the architecture of the home.
