In this video, we take a closer look at the 300 m² Turyap real estate office in Menteşe, Muğla, designed by Uslu Architects.
Going beyond the conventional real estate office concept, the project focuses not only on workspaces but on the entire customer experience within the space. By combining office and retail design approaches, a new spatial concept was created to reflect the brand’s corporate identity, inspire trust, and encourage communication.
Corporate meeting and sales areas were planned to accommodate different types of client interactions. The social area, designed for welcoming clients, goes beyond a traditional waiting space to provide a more comfortable environment that supports meaningful communication.
Bringing together functionality, corporate identity, and a customer-focused approach, the Turyap Menteşe Office features carefully designed sales and social spaces. In this office tour, we explore these areas along with the key interior design details that define the project.
