We transformed Gitassi Media’s Radyomadyo headquarters into a creative, dynamic, and corporate space that reflects the identity of its well-known radio channels, including Radyo 45’lik, Rock FM, and Radio Slow Time. The design aimed to create an environment where the young team would enjoy working, while also engaging visitors through visually striking, concept-driven elements. We divided the space into three main zones: the broadcast studio, the general office area, and the executive section—each integrated with social spaces to support interaction and comfort. Varying ceiling heights were used to define circulation and create a sense of movement throughout the interior. A separate lounge area was designed within the broadcast zone, allowing radio hosts to relax without distraction or noise interference. At the heart of the office, we placed a central social hub where all teams can come together, fostering unity and spontaneous interaction. Additional playful features, such as game corners and themed breakout areas, were included to promote a fun and energizing work environment. The overall design incorporates subtle references to music and radio culture, embedding the brand’s essence into every detail. The result is a prestigious and enjoyable workplace that celebrates the spirit of broadcasting while elevating the employee experience.
